Our story
An independent shop built on straight answers
GRP Automotive is an independent repair shop on Pacific Ave in Oxnard. Orlando and the team handle the whole car: oil and fluid services, brakes, alignments, tires, and diagnostics, so drivers don't have to bounce between a dealership, a tire store, and a quick-lube counter. The part our customers talk about most is the communication. Before work starts, you hear exactly what your vehicle needs and why. Photos come with the explanation, and torque-marked bolts prove the job was finished right. Every first visit includes a full inspection, so nothing that affects your safety goes unmentioned. That approach has earned a 4.9-star average from 376 Google reviews and a lot of customers who now send their friends and family here.
- Independent shop, not a dealership or chain
- Photo documentation and torque-marked bolts on repairs
- Full vehicle inspection with your service
- Open six days a week, including Saturdays
What customers say
“Orlando is the real deal. Great customer service. Honest and thorough. He always makes each interaction a pleasant experience. Amazing to have a bumper to bumper shop taking care of all of your automotive needs.”
“I've been taking my car to them for a little less than a year for all maintenance or repairs from alignment, tire change, oil change, differential fluid change, brakes or diagnostics. Orlando always takes the time to explain to you exactly what has been done or needs to be done to your car along with pictures and marking of the bolts to insure the bolt keeps the torque, very professional.”
“Upon my first visit for an oil change, my vehicle was inspected completely, and I was informed of safety issues. I am very grateful to Orlando for his honesty, transparency, and strong work ethic. I truly felt that my safety is their priority, and I had not felt like that with previous mechanics.”
